SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Ambesa1993 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to countries within the European Union and internationally (non-EU countries).

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over and cannot predict such fees.

 

2. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as PRE-ORDER are not in immediate stock and require additional production and handling time.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:


  • Processing time may take 21–35 business days before dispatch.
  • This processing timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping date.
  • Orders will not be considered delayed until this processing period has passed.

Pre-order purchases confirm your acceptance of extended fulfillment times.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

We reserve the right to extend processing times in cases of high demand, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • EU countries: 7–14 business days
  • Non-EU countries: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Local postal services
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Carrier delays
  • Force majeure events

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

6. RISK OF LOSS & TRACKING

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and coordinate with the carrier if necessary.

7. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
