You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within 14 days.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Some items (such as personalized or hygiene-sealed products once opened) are not eligible for return.
